Important Update for Our Customers
Cali Bank, N.A., Westminster, California, is pleased to inform you that the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has officially terminated its formal agreements with our bank. This decision reflects our commitment to safety, soundness, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
What Does This Mean?
The OCC terminates enforcement actions when a bank has:
- Demonstrated compliance with all articles of an enforcement action,
- Or when certain articles are deemed outdated or irrelevant,
- Or when articles are incorporated into a new action.
For Cali Bank, the OCC has determined that we have demonstrated compliance with all articles and continued enforcement is no longer necessary. The terminated agreements addressed areas such as earnings, liquidity, capital, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.
