California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosure


This disclosure explains certain rights that may be available under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended ("CCPA"). These rights may include the right to know and access personal information, request deletion of personal information, request correction of inaccurate personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights.

Certain personal information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to federal financial privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"), may be exempt from certain provisions of the CCPA. Accordingly, the rights described below apply only to the extent provided by applicable law.

RIGHT TO KNOW OR ACCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED


Cali Bank, N.A. may collect and maintain personal information in connection with its products, services, and business operations. Such information may include, as applicable:

  1. Current and historical residential information;
  2. Current and historical employment information;
  3. Current and historical financial information, including assets, liabilities, and net worth;
  4. Current and historical credit information;
  5. Current and historical transaction information, including application information, transaction details, analyses and evaluations relating to requests for products and services, and related documentation;
  6. Personal and professional references; and
  7. Other related information necessary to maintain a relationship with you or comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

The Bank may collect and maintain this information to evaluate requests for products and services, maintain accounts and relationships, provide requested services, and comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

To the extent applicable under the CCPA, you may request that the Bank disclose information concerning:

  1. The categories of personal information it has collected about you;
  2. Specific pieces of personal information it has collected about you;
  3. The categories of sources from which the personal information was collected;
  4. The business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information;
  5. The categories of third parties to whom the Bank discloses personal information; and
  6. The categories of personal information the Bank sells or shares, if applicable.

The Bank will respond to verifiable consumer requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

 

RIGHT TO DELETE


To the extent applicable under the CCPA, you may request deletion of personal information that the Bank has collected from you.

The right to deletion is subject to exceptions provided by applicable law. The Bank may retain information when permitted or required by law. Upon receiving a verifiable consumer request, the Bank will process the request in accordance with applicable legal requirements.


RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF SALE OR SHARING


Cali Bank, N.A., does not sell customer personal information.

To the extent the CCPA applies, consumers may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.


RIGHT TO NON-DISCRIMINATION


Cali Bank, N.A., will not discriminate against a consumer for exercising rights provided under the CCPA, to the extent those rights apply.


RIGTH TO REQUEST CORRECTION OF INACCURATE PERSONAL INFORMATION


To the extent applicable under the CCPA, consumers have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by Cali Bank, N.A.

The Bank will process requests to correct personal information in accordance with applicable law and may take appropriate steps to verify the identity of the person making the request.

The 2026 regulations contain additional requirements concerning correction requests, including requirements addressing the source of inaccurate information and maintaining corrected information.


RIGHT TO LIMIT USE OF PERSONAL INFORATION


To the extent applicable under the CCPA, consumers may have the right to limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information.

The Bank will process requests to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information in accordance with applicable law.

The 2026 CCPA regulations specifically address notices concerning the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
